On Saturday, October 5, 2013 I had the honor of presenting at the Hot Topics in Literacy Conference at UW-Oshkosh. My presentation entitled, "Making Literacy Interventions Work in an RTI Framework" discussed why it is so important to use balance literacy interventions in our Tier 2 interventions. I was impressed with how many people attended and it showed that RTI is a very important topic in a lot of school districts. It is vital we are working collaboratively to ensure we are meeting all students' needs!
