Happy Arbor Day!

Today, on a beautiful and sunny day, we celebrate Arbor Day!  This is a day to celebrate the Earth and plant a tree if you can.  Trees give us so many things, habitats for animals, but more importantly, oxygen to breath!  Little things can be done now that will make a HUGE difference for our future generations!

Easter Break!

Just a reminder that there will be no school this Friday, April 22 and also on Monday, April 25 for Easter Break.  Please enjoy the time with your family and friends!

Geography Bee Winner Announced at Washington School!

Congratulations to Pa Nou C., winner of the 2011 Washington School of Comprehensive Literacy's Geography Bee!  Marcel M., came in 2nd place and Nhia X., came in a respectable 3rd place!  Thank you to all of the finalists for a job well done!
