Washington, D.C. & Virginia!
Hello All!
The last two days, my family and I visited Washington, D.C. and went to the National Holocaust Memorial Museum; it was very moving! Next, we went to visit family in Virginia, and took a trolley tour through historical Fredericksburg, Virgina, the place where George Washington grew up. Finally, we went to see Thomas Jefferson's home, Monticello, and saw the great structure of one of our founding fathers! I hope everyone is enjoying their spring break and I will see you on Monday, March 28th to finish the year on a high note!
Regards,
Mr. Washuleski

Advocacy!
To Whom It May Concern:
Today, Governor Scott Walker will sign into law the collective bargaining portion of the budget repair bill. We as a learning community, (teachers, parents, and students) need to continue to be strong advocates for the GT program here in our school district! The PACE program provides quality extensions of the curriculum to our students, and the program also helps students who are highly able, but are not identified, so the reach of the program is wide! I encourage you to voice your support of the PACE program when it comes time for community input with the future budget cuts on the horizon. Together, we can remain strong and united in the common goal of providing exemplary education for our students! Thank you for your commitment to the PACE program in the past, now, and most importantly, the future!
Sincerely,
Mr. Washuleski

"Oh the Places You'll Go!"
In honor of Dr. Seuss' Birthday on March 2nd, I wanted to share a part of one of my favorite books he wrote entitled, "Oh the Places You'll Go". The message is clear, no matter what life throws at you, you can persevere and become anything your mind can imagine. Continue to raise the bar and it has been a pleasure teaching each other this year!

Congratulations!
Today is your day.
You’re off to Great Places!
You’re off and away!
Today is your day.
You’re off to Great Places!
You’re off and away!
You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself any direction you choose.
You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the guy who’ll decide where to go.
